Development work for this project has already commenced. 10% of the development work has already been completed.

Yes, 1-3 years quarterly payment plan will be given
No, Lump Sum payment is already incorporated the rebate.
Yes, surcharge will be imposed on the late payment as per policy.
There are no hidden charges. Prices are inclusive of development charges and exclusive of DHA Charges & Government Taxes (i.e. Membership Fee, Processing Fee, Advance Tax, PST and Stamp Duty etc).
As per DHA policy, Possession charges will be issued to the members at the time of possession.

Members will create their own login ID of this Project. Through login ID, members will be able to check all the details regarding plot and payment acknowledgment.
Yes, allotment of the plots will be done through computerized balloting.
Submission of Application Form alongwith Processing Fee (Non-Refundable) Rs. 20,000/- is mandatory.
1 Kanal Plot Processing = Fee: 20,000/- (Non-Refundable)
Need to deposit 20% Confirmation / Down Payment within 30 days after ballot of the total plot price along with DHA Charges & Government Taxes and remaining amount would be paid through 1-3 years and lump sum payment plan.)
