Revised Surcharge Rates

Surcharge @ 22.07% per annum (on the basis of 06 Months KIBOR+5%) is applicable w.e.f 01st Jan 2023 to 30th Jun 2023. The updated rate will be applicable to all phases / projects of DHAI-R incl JV Projects, DHA Valley, Overseas Block, DHA Homes, Commercial Ave, Defence Villas, Sec F, and Business Bay.
