Instructions

  • If you already have DHAI Mobile app, you can login to create complaint
  • In case you do not have DHAI Mobile app, please register complaint using your consumerid and CNIC/NICOP/POC
  • For complaints other than resident, please register your complaint using your CNIC/NICOP/POC and plotno
  • You can also send complaint at [email protected]
  • DHAI residents can call at 1092 for complaints.
